Its amazing how you see your own growth over time. I've been split down the middle trying to keep ahead and be both skilled at programming for the web as well as graphically inclined for print and screen media. Some days its so fulfilling and others not, I guess it waivers from client to client and so forth ... Anywho, I am leaving my current position at my current company as front end developer and am moving across to First View media. There I will be a Digital Interface Designer or as I like to say a "DID" ... lol ... So it will be great, I strip and code all sites to XHTML & CSS and will be adding interactivity with jQuery and JavaScript,

Wow so far its been one interesting year, much in the world is happening and much in mine too. I just uploaded quite a bit of work that I enjoyed doing up recently and I have to say the response I have had so far has been great. So thanks to all the deviants out there who  have been keeping tabs and track of my work ... Much freelance work is afoot here for me in sunny South Africa, so I'm looking forward to getting down to focusing, there is much new technology in the world of the web and the design world keeps on churning out brilliant designs, sometimes its hard to keep up ... Much love and guidance to you all ... Be blessed!

I must admit, in the past year and half that I have mildly dabbled in JavaScript, almost none of the video training that went more in depth into the core of the language made any sense... So I thought it was time to scrap video training and start reading tree's ... Enter John Wiley and Sons JavaScript bible ... I must admit, 100 or so pages in and understand more about the language than I ever have ... So if you're a coder looking to master old JavaScript or are just looking for something to pass the time whilst waiting for your filter coffee pot to full, this is a compelling and informative read ... A must for junior to mid range spidey's .
